SALT30 will be accompanied by a one-day satellite workshop on Focus, Alternative Semantics, and Information Structure on Monday, August 17.

The workshop will concentrate on semantics and pragmatics of focus and information structure, and on applications of alternative semantics including information structure, questions semantics, and implicature. Submissions considering interactions and interfaces between semantics/pragmatics and syntax, phonology, and/or phonetics are also invited.

Submission and reviewing procedure will be the same for the workshop as for the main conference. Please indicate on the submission form that you wish to be considered for the workshop.

Submissions should be made via the SALT 30 EasyChair site. We expect to notify authors of their acceptance in early February of 2020.
